The Clown Conservatory offers a First Year program (September - June)
with instruction in classic clowning, circus skills, acrobatics, mime, dance,
character development, business, the creation of original clown material and more. Students also
explore the history and current practice of clowning and its relationship
and responsibility to society.
All AP students receive one-on-one coaching from our master teachers and classes in circus arts. Additionally, AP students select one of three specialized study tracks:
* Clown Ensemble Performance Track
* Social Circus Track
* Independent Study Track
Admission is by interview only.
The Clown Conservatory offers workshops and classes to the general public from time to time.
